My Shift History
Shift History keeps the shifts connected to you in one place — both shifts you offered and shifts you claimed.
Tap any history item to open its Shift Detail and see the important information for that shift.
Filter the list
Use the filter buttons at the top when you only want to see a certain type of activity.
You can also choose a From and Through date if you only want to see a certain date range.
Choose Claimed, set From to September 1 and Through to September 30, and you will see the shifts you claimed during September.
Export your history to PDF
Detailed Shift History records are retained for two years based on the scheduled shift date, then automatically deleted. Export any records you want to keep long-term before they expire.
After setting the filters you want, tap Export PDF. ShyftMate creates a clean Shift History PDF using the shifts currently shown by your filters.
The PDF includes useful information such as the organization, member name, date range/filter choices, shift dates and times, status, and the important shift activity. You can then share or email the PDF from your phone.
Keeping a personal record, sending yourself a copy, or sharing your filtered shift history when you need it.
My Shifts Calendar
The calendar shows dates where you have relevant shift activity. Tap a date to see the shifts connected to that day.
What the colored dots mean
A date can show more than one dot when you have multiple relevant shifts that day. Tap the date to see the actual shifts listed underneath the calendar.
Moving through months
Use the left and right arrows to move between months. The list under the calendar follows the month and date you are viewing, so you are not mixing activity from unrelated months.
