Does your organization already exist?

After your account is ready, the next question is simple: are your coworkers already using a ShyftMate organization?

Already exists

Join with an Org Code

Ask a member or supervisor in your group for the organization code. Enter it in ShyftMate to join the same organization and see the shift types that group uses.

Starting fresh

Create an organization

If your group is not set up yet, create the organization yourself. You will become its first supervisor and can add the shift names, start times, timezone, and approval choice.

Think of the organization as your ShyftMate group.
It keeps your coworkers, shift types, and shared open shifts together.

What happens next?

Once you are inside an organization, ShyftMate opens up the features you will use day to day: Open Shifts, Offer a Shift, notifications, Smart Alerts, Shift History, and your calendar.

The next guide explains organization setup, supervisor responsibilities, and the difference between approval-required and non-approval organizations.
